You all know how much I love the shotgun. It is an absolute devastating and versatile weapon. We love the rifle too, but it does not replace the shotgun. They are both necessary pieces of equipment in our tool box for defending life. We proved the worth of our beloved scatter guns in Tactical Shotgun I & II. Maximum speed presentations were followed by hammer triggers of shot rounds on the 8” X 12” target, with consistency, in well under a half second. Try that at 15 yards with you peashooter (pistol). The shotgun allows us to hit so hard and so fast with such a barrage of shot so we can stop a killer in his tracks before he has the opportunity to kill us or hurt our family. You guys did a great job of ruling the shotgun. The Hoffner system of shotgun is not only fast and effective but virtually painless as well…that is for the good guy. We shot on the move, in alternative positions, from cover, and as we covered each others backs. We tactical loaded and combat loaded with speed and skill and utilized the select slug procedure to pound the threat with one inch cannon balls. We had green light for sniper countdowns and obliterated the threats with high volume fire. Young Peter S. in from William & Mary U. in Virginia showed what a young guy can do with the proper training. The old guys made a showing as well like John C. shooting the 5 shot hammer and 5 shot combat load in 11.11 seconds total, Rudy Z. Shooting the Hoffner Drill for the “Champion of the world”, and Big Bob P. busting his rear with the rest of us all weekend after having his chest cracked open just a few months ago. Everyone gave 110% and kicked butt.
Kudos to all of you and your warrior attitudes. We showed what the shotgun is truly capable of, and how we as Hoffner Warriors bring out the best of the gun.

Thank you for your steadfast leadership in training this band of Warriors! Skills learned during Tactical Shotgun II are practical and can be practiced year round.

Many thanks for the outstanding training we received. I wouldn't have believed it possible to shoot 800 rounds in four days and still have a shoulder but the Hoffner's training makes that possible and more. I intend to spread the word so others can learn the true utility of the shotgun.
